JOB OVERVIEW

Technical Support for Service Delivery

  • Provide ongoing technical support to transdisciplinary team members during assessment and intervention activities using the designated software/app platform.
  • Ensure seamless functioning and accessibility of digital tools used in assessment and documentation procedures.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to software/app functionality and resolve them promptly.

Software/application & System Management

  • Collaborate with the software/app development team or vendor to enhance software/app features based on team needs.
  • Assist in the customization or modification of the software/app interface, data collection fields, or reporting formats.
  • Monitor performance and data integrity of the software/app during field use.

Development & Coding Support

  • Use programming knowledge (e.g., Python, VB) to create scripts, automate data processing tasks, or develop tools to support team functions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing in-house tools or platforms that aid in data-driven decision-making and report generation.

Training & Capacity Building

  • Conduct training sessions for team members on using technology tools effectively.
  • Develop user guides or quick-reference materials for software/app usage and troubleshooting.

Data & Documentation Support

  • Ensure proper syncing, backup, and storage of data collected via the software/app.
  • Support data export, cleaning, and preparation for reporting, analytics, or progress review meetings.

REQUIRED:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience:

Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in similar field.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of website development and basic frontend/backend integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Visual Basic (VB); familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, or others.
  • Experience with mobile/web software/app support or development.
  • Basic knowledge of database management and APIs.
  • Experience with Data Analysis and Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience with educational or health-tech platforms is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
