Job Overview

• Use of standardized assessments and language sampling to assess the communication skills, including speech, language, social communication, feeding and swallowing abilities of students with complex communication needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, group sessions and in classroom and school routines
• Intense AAC support and training to students, parents, and professionals.
• Build emotional regulation and self-advocacy skills through communication skills
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary teams and provide classroom support to special educators and caregivers
• Progress tracking, monitoring, and documentation

Requirements

• Masters/Bachelors Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
• DHA license holder, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in UAE preferred.
